So today is the start of a new me!!!
I have been feeling so BLAH latley. I have a crummy attitude and I just don't feel so great about myself. I have lost all of my pregnancy weight but my body definitely isn't where it should be.
So today is the beginning of my new life.
Here are the goals that I have set for myself and I really want everyone reading this to keep me motivated to achieve them:
- sweat at least 3 times a week (cardio of some kind)
- do an ab workout everyday (something to get my stomach muscles back to how they were pre- Hannah)
-don't sweat the small stuff (take a deep breath more often and think if the situation is really that big a deal)
-take some me time (scrapbook, blog, bake...do something that makes me happy)
- put more energy into my calling and church (be more creative, study scriptures more)
I really think that by doing these things I will be a better mother and wife. I have just gotten myself so stressed out lately over the smallest things. Today by hubby said something that really made it click "why are you so strung out?". So that is my goal, to not get so strung out and run myself thin.
So I need everyone to cheer me on and make sure I am updating my blog at least once a week and keeping on track!!!

Leaving this comment now tells you how often I get around to reading blogs. I don't update mine enough let alone check everyone elses. I just wanted to say that you have some great goals there. How are they coming? I have many blah days. I think I needed to read this today so thank you for writing it 4 months ago. Hope things are well with your beautiful family and that you found an apartment.
